Pledging to St. John’s is an expression of gratitude for God’s abundant grace and generosity.

This page and the online form above are related only to ANNUAL pledging to support St. John’s operating budget. If you’re looking for more information or to pledge online for our CAPITAL CAMPAIGN, please go to the capital campaign web page. Thank you!

To make an annual pledge for 2026, click on the button above for our online pledge form. You may also submit a pledge using a paper pledge card (which will be distributed to all parishioners or available to pick up at church by mid-October) or through our membership software, Realm, by logging into your Realm account, going to the “Giving” tab in your Realm membership record, and clicking on the “Add Pledge” button. What is stewardship?

Stewardship is about gratitude for the abundant gifts God has given us, and giving out of that abundance to nurture our relationship with God and others. In the Episcopal Church, the word “stewardship” commonly refers to an annual pledge campaign.

At St. John’s, we undertake a pledge campaign each fall to encourage members to pledge financial support for the next year. While we are grateful for all contributions, only pledges allow us to plan programs and staffing for the coming year by creating an informed and realistic budget. An annual pledge is also a standard expectation for members of any Episcopal Church, along with regular attendance at worship.

Each fall’s stewardship campaign includes the sharing of resources — letters, sermons, videos, reflections from parishioners — about why to pledge, how to pledge, the parish budget and finances, and more. The campaign culminates on Commitment Sunday in mid-November, when all are invited to bring completed pledge cards to church, or to fill out an online pledge form beforehand.

Our Pledging Primer (below) is a helpful guide to why and how to make an annual pledge.
