DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, September 8\, we will begin a new program year with a return to our regular worship schedule: Holy Eucharist at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sundays\, and a brief contemplative Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. All adults are invited to a Celebration of Ministry brunch in Hubbard Hall at 9:30 a.m. During that time\, children age 3 and up will go to the education wing for Sunday School. Our professionally staffed nursery will also be open for children up to 6 years old from 9 a.m. to noon.

DESCRIPTION:The feast day of St. Francis of Assisi\, known for his care for the natural world and animals\, is on October 4. In his honor\, we invite people to bring their pets for a short service of blessing and thanksgiving on the Sunday before his feast day\, October 1\, at 4:30 p.m. The service will be outdoors (weather permitting) and will end in time for our young people to attend youth group at 5 p.m. Parishioners\, friends\, and neighbors are all invited! Please bring your pet on a leash or in a crate/cage for everyone’s safety.

DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, September 10\, we return to our program year worship schedule with two services at 8am and 10:30am. Sunday School\, nursery care\, Choir School\, and adult education all resume as well. To celebrate and prepare for a new year ahead\, we have two special activities planned for children\, youth\, and families. Immediately following the 10:30 service\, at noon\, we’ll have an acolyte training with pizza lunch. Children and youth in 3rd grade and above\, including those in the Choir School\, are eligible to serve as acolytes\, and we ask that both new and returning acolytes attend the training. Then at 1:30\, ALL children\, youth\, and parents/caregivers are invited for an ice cream social and a sneak peek at the program year ahead.
