SUMMARY:Pet Blessing in honor of St. Francis of Assisi: Public welcome!
DESCRIPTION:The feast day of St. Francis of Assisi\, known for his care for the natural world and animals\, is on October 4. In his honor\, we invite people to bring their pets for a short service of blessing and thanksgiving on the Sunday before his feast day\, October 1\, at 4:30 p.m. The service will be outdoors (weather permitting) and will end in time for our young people to attend youth group at 5 p.m. Parishioners\, friends\, and neighbors are all invited! Please bring your pet on a leash or in a crate/cage for everyone’s safety.

SUMMARY:Celtic Worship & Potluck Supper
DESCRIPTION:Celtic worship\, held in Hubbard Hall\, is somewhat less formal than Sunday morning worship\, and includes music\, prayer\, silence\, and chant. All ages are welcome. Afterward\, all are invited to stay for a potluck supper. Celtic worship is at 5 p.m. on the second Sunday of the month\, October through May (with no service in December).

DESCRIPTION:At the annual Trunk or Treat event\, we welcome children from the community to stroll our parking lot\, where they will be greeted by costumed parishioners who have decorated their vehicles for Halloween and have lots of goodies to hand out! All children are welcome with no sign-up required.
