Preparing and Serving Meals in Hartford
Volunteers at St. John’s cook and serve a meal for 125 homeless men, women, and children at the Immanuel Congregational Church in Hartford every 2nd Wednesday of the month.

The Church office has recipes that can be used as well as a list of what needs to be bought. Susan and Anne are happy to talk about what this ministry entails. The young people of the parish, group of friends or committees from church have participated in the meal preparation. The church kitchen is available for that use.
